At the exhibition “Far Eastern Hectare” representatives of all territorial subjects of the Far East will talk about the advantages of their regions, give recommendations on the choice of location and the uses of land plots. In addition, the citizens, who have already received their “Far Eastern Hectares”, will share their experience of land development and also will tell you about the difficulties and successes.
At the stand of interactive game “Create Your Business On Hectare” you will get acquainted with the measures of the State support in detail, and also try to apply them to your land plot. Here you will be able to calculate the cost value and payback period of your project, get a selfie against a “hectare” and receive a model business plan for using your “Far Eastern Hectare”.
For your convenience, at the “My Documents” stand, MFC specialists in Moscow will help you to draw confirmation of the entry from the USIA (Unified System of Identification and Authentication), which is required in order to file an application for the land plot.
MSP Bank and Post Bank will submit their loan products for receivers of the land plots.
It is a reminder, that from February 1, 2017, every Russian can submit an application for a “Far Eastern hectare”. You can register a plot of land for free of charge, via the Internet from anywhere in the world with the help of the Federal Information System “NaDalniyVostok.RF”. During the first year, the applicant must determine the type of use of the land plot, in three years – declare the development. After 5 years of free (gratis) use, the plot of land can be obtained in the ownership or long-term lease.
Since the beginning of the program, the Russian citizens have filed more than 105 000.00 applications for the “Far Eastern Hectare” and almost 32 000.00 plots of land have been already received.

Guests of the Fair will learn about the nature, cultural traditions, history and modern life of all nine territorial subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District: Primorsky Krai, Kamchatka Krai and Khabarovsk Krai; Amur Oblast, Magadan Oblast and Sakhalin Oblast; Yakutia, Chukotka Autonomous District and the Jewish Autonomous Oblast. And in the trading chalet it will be possible to purchase the Far Eastern goods, which will be specially brought to Moscow by the participants: handicrafts (embroidery, bone and wood carvings, fur and leather products), products of the famous Primorye Confectionery Factory, honey, nuts, tea gatherings with herbs and berries, caviar, smoked venison, and, of course, the Far Eastern fish and seafood: the fish market will occupy half of the retail space at the Fair.
It will be working the Tea House on the venue, where you can taste tea and herbal preparations typical for various oblasts and rayons of the Far East.
In restaurants, the guests will be offered dishes made of fish, crabs and seafood.
The cultural program of the Fair is the performances of collectives which will come to Moscow from the entire Far Eastern region. Here you can see ritual dances of Even, Itelmen, Nymylans and Chavchuvens, and listen to traditional throat singing and playing on guimbarde.
The guests of the site will also learn about the contemporary life of the Far East: documentaries on the development of the region, on the largest construction projects and today’s university day with almost 130-year history will be broadcasting on the stage; as well as about modern mountain-skiing resorts and the beautiful health centers constructed on thermal and mineral sources; and about new opportunities for eco-tourism and sea voyages across the Pacific Islands.
Also, on the Tverskaya Square, it will be opened new immersive play “This is the Far East!”. The protagonist departs from his native Moscow to Kamchatka, where he will meet his love – not only to the girl, but also to the amazing land along which the young man travels. The organizers hope that the guests of the site, who will become the direct participants of the theatrical action, will also share the love to the Far East.
Photo exhibition, organized on the site, demonstrates the most beautiful corners of the Far East.
Those who after a visit to the Fair will seriously think about obtaining a plot of land under the law “On the Far Eastern Hectare”, will be able to submit application right here, on the Tverskaya Square. Behind the information desk in the pavilion, during the Fair, there will be a consultant on duty who will explain all the nuances and, if necessary, help to make an application online.
In a separate pavilion there will be held master classes on traditional crafts of indigenous (native) peoples of the Far Eastern Federal District. Visitors will see how the master of bone carving works, the sewing of fish-skin wares, or embroidery with the under-the-neck hair of deer; and they will be able even to create their own crafts.
A special gift it will become a story about how to mine gold, illustrated with the help of operating equipment. For this process, a real Magadan yaranga will be installed on the Tverskaya Square.
Especially hard-driving programme has been prepared for the youngest visitors, who, added to everything else, are heading for interesting gifts.
The central element of the exhibition of the RF Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology will become a multimedia projection show “Russian Far East – the Edge of Wildlife”. The system of high-resolution projectors and dimensional sound will create a full immersion effect for the spectators. The show will become a journey through all geographical regions of the Far East: from the Arctic seas to the Ussuri taiga.
In the interactive museum of the Russian Far East nature, the forum participants will be able to get acquainted with the routes of ecological tourism. You can book a tour to one of the nature reserves of the region (Zapovednik) just in place.
Also, at the exposition there will be presented a cycle of panoramic motion films “Wildlife Pearls of Russia”, created with the support of the RF Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology in 2017. Participants of the forum will be able to see unique panoramic surveys of the nature reserves and national parks of the Russian Far East: the Lena Pillars (Yakutia), the Kronotsky Reserve (Kamchatka), the Lazovsky Reserve (Primorsky Krai).
This exposition is devoted to the competitive advantages of the Far Eastern macroregion – the rich natural resources, the unique economic policy pursued by the State in the Far East, and the geographical proximity to the countries of the Asia-Pacific Region.
Visitors will receive full information on the current mechanisms for supporting projects and accelerating of economic development of the Far East, including such tools as the Priority Development Areas (PDAs) and the Free Port of Vladivostok.
With the help of an interactive presentation, it will be possible to get yourself familiar with the investment opportunities in various sectors of the economy, consider new niches for business development in the Far East, and calculate the economics of a project, taking into account preferential treatments, using a special investment calculator.
On the stand, it will be presented successful business development cases in the Far East, and also it is scheduled online broadcasting of the launch of three enterprises.
In the lecture hall zone, there will be screenings of commercials about the unique potentials of the Far East, speaking engagements of experts and leading entrepreneurs on doing business in the Far East.
In addition, visitors to the exposition will be able, using augmented reality technology, to get to know the Far East better and to get their photos in the online mode.
